I have read Shel's book on "Software Test Design through Behavioral Modeling" and I will strongly recommend this book to every one who is focussed on improving quality of their products or provide best testing services. His invention on Behavioral Modeling is truly a refreshing idea for testing community which is kind of getting repetitive and boring with same old processes and techniques. His model helps in reducing significant costs associated with testing, improving quality and have tight control on project timelines. The new test case design inline with the Behavioral Modeling is truly the best I have ever seen in my entire career.
