(More customer reviews)Randy Shih is great for sneaking the teaching into the tutorials so that you barely realize you are having to work for it. It covers most of the commonly used commands including revolves, sweeps, shell, etc., as well as assembly and animation. You don't have to know anything going in, but you will finish with a pretty strong ability to create whatever you need in an very efficient manner.
