This book concentrates on using the 3D packages, assuming that the reader is a knowledgeable Autocad user through the advanced level. It is suitable for either classroom study or as a guide to independent study.
The book includes a DVD that has a fully featured Autocad software package, but limited to 30 days of use after it is installed. The DVD further includes the files you will need to complete the workshops and exercises in the book. Finally it also has solutions to the even-numbered exercises so you can check your work. For qualified instructors a web site has the solutions to the odd-numbered exercises, PowerPoint slides for lectures and additional information.
