(More customer reviews)But that's not saying a lot. There are a number of interesting concepts presented in this book and the coverage of existing products is well done. On the downside, there are too many words expended about what is to be covered in each chapter which would be better spent in actual coverage; the book lacks continuity. Still, it is unique as it is the only book on the subject that covers in any sort of depth implementation concerns.
